Your order for purchase constitutes your "offer" which shall be subject to the terms and conditions as listed below www.zeekopenbox.com has the right to accept or reject your offer without assigning any reason thereof.
In order to use the www.zeekopenbox.com website belonging to Oni International, you (The User) have accepted the following terms and conditions given below. reserves the right to add, delete, alter or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
You (The User) are therefore advised to read carefully these terms and conditions every time you use the www.zeekopenbox.com website of Oni International.
- We have made every effort to display the color of our products that appear on the site as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of color will be accurate.
2. The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Oni International will not be responsible for any damage suffered by users from use of the services on www.zeekopenbox.com. This without limitation includes loss of revenue or data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions as may occur because of any act / omission of the vendor. This disclaimer of liability also applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, negligence, defect, deletion, error, omission, interruption, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, or under any other cause of action.
4. Oni International will take "Full Responsibility" of your Order, if the Order has been shipped to any of the major cities, where we used "Private Courier Companies" (eg. Blue Dart, First Flight,Pafex, DHL etc.) to ship your order.
5. The prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Oni International.
6. Request for cancellations of orders once placed on www.zeekopenbox.com shall not be entertained.
7. Oni International reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The payment shall be refunded, and the User shall be informed of the same.
8. If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by Oni International for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.
9. The User agrees to give accurate, authentic and true information. Oni International reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the User at any point of time. If any such User details are found not to be true wholly or partly, Oni International has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the User from using the services of www.zeekopenbox.com without prior intimation whatsoever.
10. Oni International will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user. The User must exclusively use his/her own card on the site.
12. This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.
WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING ANYWHERE IN INDIA (MINIMUM ORDER 1500/-)
Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched. Normally orders placed before 1pm on a business day, we aim to ship the same day, providing card security checks are complete, payment received and stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the next business day. Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.
The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. Orders requiring engraving or any customization will require additional time and will be shipped in 10 working days.
Tracking: e-mail containing your package tracking information will be sent after shipment.

After placing an order, customer can only cancel the order if the order state is showing as "pending" under Order History. For canceling your order, you will have to get in touch with our Customer Support Team by sending an email at firstname.lastname@example.org giving your Order Number or via cancelling the order through the website.
In case we receive a cancellation e-mail or request and till that time the order has already been "processed" by us, the order cannot be canceled.
ZEEKOPENBOX.COM reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.
The customer is eligible to return the product within 48 hours in the following cases:
1. Any item received by the customer in a damaged condition.
2. If the product has any manufacturing defect
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
• the item may be damaged during transit
• or there might be a manufacturing defect
• or that a wrong item is delivered to you
In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement / return of item is made within the stipulated time-frame as given above. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.
To get a replacement, email us your Order Number and the Reason for returning. Only after confirming the replacement of the product, ZEEK would initiate a reverse pick-up. We will then arrange for the replacement of the item through our logistics partner. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return / replacement without our confirmation.
ORDERS CAN ONLY QUALIFY FOR REPLACEMENTS IF THE PRODUCT HAS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT
- Any physical damage to the product
- Any tempering with the product from any unauthorized service centers
Cases of goods unavailability or service problem:
- If the item sent for replacement is not available, we will try to give you best possible alternatives, but at the end choice of customer will be final.
- If the order is confirmed by us and we are not able to ship the product on time, then we give refunds to customer, if customer demands.
- 100% refund will be given, if product is not available or vendor is not able to ship the product.
