1. WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?.

We ship within 48 working hours once your order has been confirmed via a phone call within 24 hours.

4. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

NO RETURN POLICY

We at ZEEK Open Box are extremely confident of the product we are selling on our portal. It meets all the quality standards that are required and hence, we do not offer any Return Policy to our customers. Every product is handpicked, and quality checked before it reaches your doorstep. Every package is wrapped well and sealed before it leaves our warehouse and we choose the best shipment partners to deliver them to you but there could be instances where the product reaches you in a damaged condition or is broken, then in that case we give our customers 48 hours to either write us an email at support@zeekopenbox.com or call us on our Customer Care Number. Our Customer Service team will look into the matter and respond to your concerns as soon as possible.

5. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE CREDIT FOR MY RETURN?

Any outstanding credit for a return will be processed within 2 days of receipt at Zeekopenbox's warehouse. You will receive an email through our Zeekopenbox system once the item(s) have been received. Credit card refunds can take up to two credit card billing cycles to appear on your statement. 

Please note: Zeekopenbox is unable to accept any item that is not returned in the same condition as shipped to the customer and in the original packaging.

6. I RETURNED MY PURCHASE, HOW WILL I KNOW YOU RECEIVED IT?

Once your return has been received in our warehouse, you will receive 2 automated emails, one confirming receipt of your package and one confirming your credit. We suggest waiting 5 business days before you contact us about a return. Credits can take up to (2) credit card billing cycles to appear on your statement. Read our entire return policy here.

7. HOW DO I USE MY CREDIT ON FILE?

Any credits on file will be automatically applied to your next order .

8. ARE THERE ANY CURRENT DISCOUNTS OR COUPONS?
